It’s been reported that nearly 40 percent of popular baby formula brands are sold out at retailers across the country. As parents scramble to find baby formula, The White House and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) are working with manufacturers to increase production, and military cargo planes are airlifting formula from overseas along with other steps to address the shortage.
